Damon was a superstar getting our downtown townhouse sold. We moved out of the country before all of the work was done and Damon used his own Rolodex to help with roofing, painting, landscaping, staging and probably a few other things. For some vendors, he paid out of his own pocket first to get the ball rolling. Real estate agents usually don't take on that kind of responsibility and hold themselves that accountable. He is also a tremendous negotiator and certainly listened to my ideas and gave his opinion so we could put a plan in place, adjust and move forward. We handled the entire transaction while being out of the country. There are so many other real estate agents that add little or no value to the process. I can't recommend Damon high enough. I cannot recommend Damon highly enough. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Damon answered every single one of them.
